Our lunch and dinner Party Spread Menus are perfect for tables of 6+. A feast of favourites for everyone to share. Picky-snacky-crispy savouries. Hearty-for-your-party Ruby Murrays. Icy-creamy sweet things. No need to think ahead. Everyone can choose Non-Veg., Veg. or Vegan options when they arrive, but you’re welcome to get in touch, before you turn up, too.
Kick-start the day with a Breakfast Menu jam-packed with tasty dishes. Order your own or select a mix for your gathering to dig into. Freshly baked Naan Rolls. Nicely spiced fry-ups. Bottomless porridge. A bunch of light-bites. To wash it down – think hot chai, fresh juice and best Bloody Marys.

For big groups, it’s worth booking in advance. You and your party will be spread across a few tables that are pretty close together, in one happy-go-lucky section.
For parties of 12+ we ask for a £50 deposit for the table, which we take off the final bill. If you need to cancel for any reason, give us a shout 24 hours before your booking and we’ll happily refund your deposit.
Party Spread Menus are perfect for tables of 6+ and everyone can choose Non-Veg., Veg. or Vegan options when they arrive. Smaller groups of 4–5 can also have the Party Spread as long as the whole party has the same menu – Non-Veg, Veg or Vegan.
Totally. We love a breakfast crowd. Just make sure your booking is no later than 11am so that we can look after your party before lunch service starts.
For online bookings of of 12+ people, we take a £50 deposit for the table, which is taken off the final bill. For larger parties of 30+, we ask for a £100 deposit – get in touch for large party bookings. Of course. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your booking, and we'll refund your deposit. For Christmas bookings we need 72 hours notice.
We accept bookings online up to four months in advance. For large parties of 16+, Christmas parties or events, do get in touch with us directly to book.

You and your party will be spread across a few tables that are pretty close together, in one happy-go-lucky section of our all-day bar-cafés. Permit Room Brighton has some semi-private dining spaces that can be booked for exclusive use, get in touch to find out more.

Definitely! Just bring it with you on the day. We’re a bit tight on storage space, so we can’t look after any cakes before a booking.
For bookings of 12+, we ask guests to order from our Party Spread Menus. Our best dishes that really pack a punch are served together as part of a feast (with Non-Veg., Veg. or Vegan options). If you’re craving a specific dish from the All Day Menu, let us know before your booking and we’ll see what we can do.
Let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies before your booking. If someone in your group can’t enjoy the Party Spread Menus we’ll help them find something on our All Day Menu instead.
Where possible, we always try to seat large parties together, though you may be spread over a few close-together tables.
We want you to kick-back and relax without feeling rushed. Typically, we allow 2 hours 30 minutes for groups of 10 or more. If you need more time, just let your server know.
